Our chef prepares a different menu daily with the fresh ingredients of this beautiful land.
Only for a few guests.
Dinner is served on our terrace, surrounded by the colours of the sunset and the scent of the sea,
by candlelight, in the romantic atmpsphere of Casa Al Sole
and away from the chatter of Sant'Angelo square.

We offer exclusively local fish from our seas, carefully selected every morning.
We prefer blue fish, or so-called poor, but rich in Omega 3 and cooked according to traditional recipes, tasty, but healthy and digestible.

Also the meat, mainly white, comes from the island.
The most common proposal is the rabbit, grown in the Mediterranean maquis and with tasty meat, cooked according to tradition and accompanied by the unmissable bucatino.

Vegetables are the triumph of our table and the true stars of our menus, from beautiful salads with wild rocket and cherry tomatoes, to delicious eggplant parmigiana, as well as sautéed zucchini with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil, or escarole with raisins and pine nuts.
Every morning we carefully select them and cook them fresh for you.

Fruit is filled with the island sun that colors it as if in a Botero still life.
During the summer months, we serve at breakfast and at the end of dinner all varieties of peaches, apricots, watermelon, melon, pears, and plums.
Preferably natural, whole, or in a delicious fruit salad.

Our desserts and ice creams are all handmade. Famous all over the world for its tarts, caprese cakes, the irresistible Cava Grado, and many other wonderful delights.

Our wines are also entirely from Ischia, from the Mazzella vineyard, legendary for bringing back ancient grape varieties once lost from the island.
From the prestigious Bianco Vigna del Lume, winner of Best White Wine of the Year 2018, to Forastera and Biancolella DOC, and the light sparkling Villa Campagnano.

The red wines begin with Piedirosso, to be enjoyed chilled, then Terrazze di Levante, more intense, and Nero 70, sensual and full-bodied...

You can reserve your table for a minimum of 6 people at least 2 days in advance. Cancellations on the same day as the dinner will not be accepted.
