Our chef prepares a different menu daily with the fresh ingredients of this beautiful land.
Only for a few guests.
Dinner is served on our terrace, surrounded by the colours of the sunset and the scent of the sea,
by candlelight, in the romantic atmpsphere of Casa Al Sole
and away from the chatter of Sant'Angelo square.

We offer exclusively local fish from our seas, carefully selected every morning.
We prefer blue fish, or so-called poor, but rich in Omega 3 and cooked according to traditional recipes, tasty, but healthy and digestible.

Also the meat, mainly white, comes from the island.
The most common proposal is the rabbit, grown in the Mediterranean maquis and with tasty meat, cooked according to tradition and accompanied by the unmissable bucatino.

The vegetables are the triumph of the table and are the main protagonists of our menu: from the beautiful salads of wild arugula and cherry tomatoes, to the delicious eggplants’ parmesan, passing through courgettes sauteed with fresh tomatoes and basil or scarola with raisins and pine nuts.
We select them carefully every morning from Gelsomina in Panza and freshly cooked for you.

The Fruit is full of the island sun that colors it as in a bodegon of Botero.
During the summer months we serve during breakfast and at the end of dinner, all varieties of peaches, apricots, watermelon, melon, pears and plums.
Preferably natural, unaltered or in delicious fruit salads.

The desserts are prepared with the recipes of Lucia del Pescatore, famous all over the world for its tarts, the Caprese cakes, the irresistible Cava Grado, and many other wonderful delights.

Even the wines are totally from Ischia, the Mazzella vineyard, legendary for having recovered ancient vines previously disappeared from the island.
From the prestigious Bianco Vigna del Lume, winner of the best white of the year 2018, to the Forastera and Biancolella DOC, to the light bubbles of the Villa Campagnano.

Once dinner has been booked, in the event of cancellation, a fee equal to 50% of the total cost per person agreed must be paid.
